A lovely French Tole Green Jardinière with gilt hand painted decorations on either side. In a monteith cachepot shape, this toleware piece has plenty of charm and patina. This gorgeous jardiniere has hand painted gilt flowers and leaves, and gilt touched handles and a beautiful scalloped rim.
Over the decades the varnish has aged and darkened, it is thick in some areas as shown. This cachepot is perfect for displaying decorative items or would be fabulous as a planter.
