Stunning Antique Mother of Pearl Hand Engraved Flatware Set for 6, featuring beautiful carved mother of pearl handles with sterling silver collars, silver plated blades. Such an elegant set, the silver plated blades were hand engraved with a foliate design intertwined with pineapples, grapes and a melon.
The handles are exceptional, with more detailing than is usually seen in sets like this. There is some slight wear, most noticeably on the edge of one knife, and where the forks have a edge in the center. From a family estate in Victoria, I was told these are French, there are no marks.
