Such a beautiful addition to your finest table settings, the gold is embossed with a textured floral pattern. Both the inside and the outside of the bowl are covered with 24kt gold.
The Wheeling Co. etched fine china blanks with the raised doves, roses, and daisies pattern, then applied a suspension of pure gold power and re-fired the porcelains. This set is divine, I've never seen another with all three pieces. In good condition for age, there is a small underfoot chip which you don't see when it's standing, and a little gold loss as shown. A rare find.
