Stunning pair of Art Deco opaque jade green glass vases, made in 1931 by George Davidson & Co. in Gateshead, Tyneside, England. These are pattern number 279, made in the 1930's. A very collectable and beloved Davidson color, jade was very difficult to make.
Jade colored pieces were only in production for 3 years and stopped production in 1934. Rare and unusual to find in a pair, the nine sided shape is delightful! {it's called a nonagon or enneagon shape} A beautiful addition to your collection of art deco glass. Sold in a pair.
