Antique French Religious Statue Joan of Arc, or Jeanne d'Arc, cast of heavy metal with a glorious worn and darkened aged brass color. Statues such as this held pride of place in French homes, often in a devotional niche. Incredibly, her sword is intact, I almost never find these with them!

The Maid of Orleans is a national heroine of France, and was sainted by the Catholic church. A peasant girl born in the east of France, she led the French army in victories in the Hundred Years' War, claiming God helped her. The base is imprinted with FRANCE.
