Antique Silver Plated Vermeil Ice Cream Shovels in a Set of 12, so beautiful! Made by BMF, founded in 1843 by Hermann Krupp and Alexander von Schoeller in Berndorf, near Vienna, Austria. These shovels, or spoons, are made of the highest quality silver plate, with gilt or vermeil bowls. So decorative, with the elegant shell at the top.
The rococo design is further enhanced with scrolls, and a hand done monogram of MM. From an estate, these heirlooms were used by generations celebrating life's special moments while eating ice cream, so they are in good but used condition, the bowls have some signs of use, but are beautiful. Sold as a set of 12.
