A mystery. This is one of the more unusual Antique Blue & White Transfer Plates we've found. It has a beautiful transfer border of bucolic country scenes, with rivers, trees, cows, churches and little villages all around the rim. There are men and women in the scenes, the men are wearing military uniforms. It's unmarked, and I haven't been able to identify this one. {I hate that!}
The center has an allover design of floral vines with the sweetest little flowers. The colors are vibrant, the transfer is crisp and clear. A wonderful addition to your blue and white collection.
