Beautiful Large Antique Turned Wood Bowl with a stunning dark color. Slightly out of round from over a century of use {what you want to see} and plenty of character. This was used and loved for a very long time, it has everything - history, patina, lots of wear and stories to tell. I have not oiled this as I know some of you prefer a dry surface.
The color has several medium brown tones as well as some darker areas, a few spots and lots of character from decades of good honest usage. For added personality, there are a good amount a cut marks inside. Outside, two dark "burn" spots from when it stood to close to the stove. A fabulous addition to your decor and your collection of antique treen-ware.
