One of my very favorite new additions to our gift collection are these candles.

 

They truly are so special!

 

 

I fell in love with them when I first saw Martha Stewart talk about them on her show years ago {which I watched religiously, did you?} and since then, we’ve come to love these unscented, long burning taper candles so very much every season here at FrenchGardenHouse.

 

Especially for using on our table settings, because scented candles shouldn’t ever be placed on a table when serving food. You want the delicious aroma of your gourmet creations to gently scent the air, only.

 

 

 

There are plenty of celebrity endorsements for these candles, but just between you and me, I try everything I add to our gift collections myself. If I don’t love them, it doesn’t matter who says they are great!

Every autumn table setting I create always has candles. If you have read me long enough, you might remember that I’ve said before that a glowing candle next to the sink even makes doing the dishes more enjoyable! {try it}

This season, I’ve chosen beautiful, lush colors for the tapers in our collection. Each 12″ luxury taper is hand made, hand dipped, and created with such care by a family business here in the USA. Each burns for about 9 hours.
