From a collector, this exquisite fine Sterling Silver Bon Bon or Nut Spoon made in the beloved Louis XV design. Darling and quite ornate, this has an elegant handle and is embellished with scrollwork. The monogram is B B A in script lettering. The pierced bowl has embossed detailing and a scalloped rim, a faint gilt wash remains.
So special was this to the family collector, he had it professionally repaired long ago, see the handle. This only made this piece more wonderful in my eyes, but please only adopt her if you love this too. Out of bonbons? No worries, this spoon just as happily serves up almonds, or any other nutmeats. A collectable piece of history, sure to make you feel like royalty.
