Antique European Cigar Press for 20 cigars, original wood with beautiful patina and color. In the 1800's Belgium, Holland, and a few other countries in Europe had a thriving cigar business, mostly a cottage industry. Hand carved wooden molds like this were used to press the moist wrapper leaves around the tobacco to form the cigars. They fit together to form the mold to allow cigars to dry in shape.
