French 19th Century Hat Block Stand, a shop display from France. This milliner’s wooden hat block or stand was used for making hats long ago. It comes with its own original stand. There is aging, and little pin pricks where the hat maker would have fitted the hat to the form, giving this piece history and stories.
Wonderful patina, the hand made wooden milliner’s hat form has a silver monogram on the front to lend a one-of-a-kind look. Two pieces, the hat form fits over the stand for display. A unique sculptural accent for your tabletop or shelf display.
